Another wonderful project complete for amazing veteran clients (see these other projects completed in their house- basement bathroom and basement living/rec space). It is so nice to have trusting clients, clients that see the vision and let me run with it. This completely standard builder-grade master suite from the early 90s really needed a shot of style. In the bedroom we added rich wood flooring, a faux wood beam to the ceiling, new fan, new solid wood doors including an awesome sliding door to the bathroom, and all new furniture and artwork, giving the space a warm, eclectic feel with just a hint of industrial, a theme that runs through the rest of the house. The master bath was gutted and by just reducing the size of the door into the bathroom, we created enough room to add a freestanding tub and expand the shower to luxury size. A new sleek vanity and glowing, backlit mirror added to the spa feel throughout.
