I was lucky enough to work with a great team on this master bath renovation recently. The architecture firm Renovation Design Group, and Russell and Co Construction did the tough work (reconfiguring the home to allow for such a generous bath space and of course executing all the construction), and I was able to select the materials, fittings and fixtures, design the cabinetry and select paint colors for the project (the fun stuff!). Everything came together wonderfully, and was executed excellently. The client is happy and what more can a designer ask for? Photos as usual by the talented Melissa McCafferty.

MY NEXT UPHOLSTERY JOB
I am very much looking forward to doing something fun with this little gem picked up at an estate sale. I love th simple lines and petite scale. Now begins the search for the perfect fabric! Oh, the possibilities...

UPHOLSTERY MAGIC
I always enjoy before and after shots of reupholstered and refinished furniture. These 2 chairs had a wonderful shape but desperately needed freshening up and an updated upholstery job. My ever wonderful upholsterer Lenny Sharp of Sharp Upholstery managed to take the chairs from this:
to this:
And while I would have loved to keep them for myself (I am a total chair hoarder), I found the chairs a wonderful home with one of my best clients.
